Web Project Room™, or WPR, is a state-of-the-art framework for secure collaboration over the Internet. It can be set up quickly, easily, and affordably. WPRs are custom-configured with precisely the applications and services you need for world-class, secure, Web-enabled program management and team collaboration. WPRs can be purchased at varying levels of cost to meet your needs: Silver, Gold, or Platinum (see Silver, Gold, or Platinum below).

WPR is DCTS and ADA 508 compliant.

WPR has completed Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) testing and has been certified as interoperable with the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Collaboration Tool Suite (DCTS), a standards-based means for collaboration among U.S. Defense and intelligence communities.

Americans with Disabilities Act Section 508 requires that Federal agencies' electronic and information technology is accessible to people with disabilities, including employees and members of the public. Section 508 establishes requirements for any electronic and information technology developed, maintained, procured, or otherwise used by the Federal government.

Document Storage, Tracking, and Configuration Management
The WPR's Librarian helps you manage documents, spreadsheets, data files, and other digital files. You can retrieve, store, or learn the history of any file at any time, from anywhere. Members of your team can check out and check in documents, or simply browse their contents—as they would in a library. Everything is completely secure with access limited to specific individuals.

Membership
Maintain critical information on your team members with the Membership tool. Store names, addresses, phone numbers, E-mail addresses, and any other information you deem important for access by all team members, securely over the Internet.

Corridor
Do you have multiple teams? Multiple projects? Set up several WPRs and link them together via the Corridor. Move from team to team, or project to project via the Corridor.

Secure Web Window™
Use this real-time, live capability to show applications to other team members. Give them a Secure Web Window into your application. You control the application; they see what you see. And it is all completely secure. Click here for more information about Secure Web Window.

Team Calendar
Keep your shared calendar and individual schedules available so that everyone on the team knows what is going on.

Project Tasks
Post your project activities, Gantt charts, and other project tasks for team access anywhere, anytime.

Dynamic Insight^®
Use Dynamic Insight, JGA's acclaimed decision management support and analysis tool, and keep your project database (requirements, criteria, options, value analysis, trades, etc.) in your WPR so that everyone on your geographically-dispersed team has access to it. Customized Tools
Your WPR can be customized to include other software tools, including your own tools, in its framework. If you have a tool that your team needs to use collaboratively and securely over the Internet, JGA can make that tool available in your WPR.

WPRs, Secure Web Window, and JGA's Web Hosting Services can be purchased at varying levels of cost to meet your needs:

• At the Bronze service level, the WPR owner takes complete responsibility for establishing and verifying users' accounts. User names and passwords can be transmitted by E-mail. Bronze services are the least expensive; however, additional JGA services (such as customization, JGA user assistance, or on-line meeting help) will require a fee. The Bronze service level is appropriate for a customer with an experienced WPR user who is comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• At the Silver service level, the WPR owner takes responsibility for establishing and verifying users' accounts. User names and passwords can be transmitted by E-mail. Silver services are less expensive, however, additional JGA services (such as customization, JGA user assistance, or on-line meeting help) may require a fee. Disaster recovery time is guaranteed within one week.
• The Gold level requires a higher level of security. JGA is actively involved in security protocols and user identification, and will use software to attempt to crack users' passwords, thereby helping you to verify your security.
• At the Platinum level, JGA maintains general announcements and trains your WPR users in maintaining secure passwords. Account types and signatures are hardware-verified; password protection training must be at the Security Awareness, Training, and Education (SATE) level; and passwords expire at 90 days or less.

The Gold and Platinum levels are more expensive. However, many additional user services are provided at no additional charge. Some of these services include general user assistance, resetting passwords, changing user permissions, organizing files, and managing user announcements (Platinum Only).
